Last month, on 11 and 12 June, Dr Adamantini Loukodimou – Research Associate at the Materials Innovation Centre (MatIC), a joint academia-industry partnership between TWI and the University of Leicester – attended the fifth Solar and Wind Power Conference, hosted by Napier University in Edinburgh.
While Adamantini’s work on the PowerPath project focuses on the development of superhydrophobic coatings, this was an occasion to represent and promote the project externally and meet numerous industry professionals in the field of power and renewable energy.
The event was an opportunity to bring exposure for the PowerPath project to the solar power industry community via networking at different stands and browse current and new trends for solar energy from exhibitors and speakers.
