User Interview Series: Tatiana Lidwine – Customer of Nanoé

Tue, 05 May, 2026

Tatiana Lidwine has recently become the owner of a multiservice internet café called ‘LTM’ in the village of Antsatsaka in Northern Madagascar, near Ambanja.

The LTM space offers different services to the inhabitants of the village and its surroundings, including music transfer, videoclip and TV series watching, printing, photocopying, document scanning and phone battery charging, as per the needs of the local people.

We took some time to ask Tatiana about her experience with Powerpath…

What are your areas of interest ?

I wasn’t a client of Nanoé before, as I only recently moved to their electrification solution. Formerly, I lived and worked in a city powered by JIRAMA where I was experiencing poor energy service conditions and electricity cuts.

Why did you join the PowerPath project?

I joined the network in order to benefit from a more stable and reliable source of electricity. The real advantage is the stability of the network; my appliances are better protected and I know how much I am going to pay in advance. Today, I need to continue to update my appliances and tools and to develop my skills in order to run and develop my professional activity.

How do you hope you will benefit from participating in the project and its outcomes?

I wish for my professional activity to be sustainable and to allow me to generate economic benefits, in order to improve the hardware I offer to use as a service, and lift up my income so that I can make a better living.
